GREAT FUTURE TALENT OLYMPIAD
Great Future Talent Olympiad organized by Great Future Pakistan is a test-based educational contest. Olympiads are included in extra co-curricular activities. Olympiad is one of those competitions which were started in America and the students who would want to participate in the same would have to compete with each other

Olympiad exams have become a part of all schools in the recent times. Students are exposed to national level competitions from a young age. These exams are conducted in all subjects namely English, Science, Mathematics, General Knowledge, Social Studies, Art, Essay and even Spelling. It helps them to compete with one another and understand their own strengths in the subject.
Benefits
Research has shown that cooperation and teamwork, practice toward an objective, and learning made exciting through motivational activities are essential ingredients in attaining academic excellence. Educational Olympiad is built upon cooperative learning. Educational Olympiad events require the transfer of conceptual understanding to novel situations.
Thus, the events exercise critical thinking skills. Educational Olympiad events are designed to foster the growth of students’ knowledge and understanding of science and technology.
Categories of Great Future Talent Olympiad Phase-II 2023
There are three categories in this Olympiad;
- CATEGORY-I: All students of 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th class are eligible to apply.
- CATEGORY-II: Students who are enrolled/passed in matric/intermediate or O/A-Levels or equivalent are eligible to apply.
- CATEGORY-III: Undergraduates, Graduates and Master Students from all disciplines are eligible to apply.
- All categories include students who have completed or enrolled in Matric/Intermediate classes or O/A-Levels or equivalent with science subjects.
ELIGIBILITY
- All students from the country are eligible for Olympiad.
- CATEGORY-I (CAT-I): All students of 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th class are eligible to apply.
- CATEGORY-II (CAT-II): Students who are enrolled/passed in matric/intermediate or O/A-Levels or equivalent are eligible to apply.
- CATEGORY-III (CAT-III): Undergraduates, Graduates and Master Students from all disciplines are eligible to apply.
- All categories include students who have completed or enrolled in Matric/Intermediate classes or O/A-Levels or equivalent with science subjects.
- All private, semi-government and government Schools, Medical Institutes, Colleges, institutes & universities are eligible to apply
- The applicant should be a regular/private science student in a public or private sector institutes.
- Female students are encouraged to apply.
- Minorities are encouraged to apply.
Rules & Regulations
- The start for submission of applications is Friday, May 21, 2023.
- The deadline for submission of applications is Wednesday, August 02, 2023..
- Applicants have to pay processing fee Rs 330/-(Non-Refundable).
- Test will be online.
- Successful Candidates from each category may receive recognition and exposure through magazines, e-newsletters, and social media.
Important Dates for Great Future Talent Olympiad-II 2023
- The start for submission of applications is Friday, May 19, 2023.
- The deadline for submission of applications is Friday, July 31, 2023.
- Roll Number Slips will be issued till August 10, 2023.
- Test will be conducted online till 20th August, 2023.
- Merit List will be updated till 30th August, 2023.
- Scholarships will be disbursed to selected candidates in September, 2023.
- E-Certificates will be delivered to all participants in September, 2023.
Great Future Talent Olympiad Phase-I (2022) Report
- GFTO-I 2022 was started in April & ended in June 2022.
- Test was conducted online in August-September 2022.
- Total 21 Candidates were selected from all categories for one time scholarship.
- Documentation & scholarships were disbursed to all respective selected candidates.
