Please read all the instructions before submitting an application for National Artwork Contest-I.
All persons having Pakistan nationality residing in the country, are eligible to participate.
Read the form first and gather all required information and then start filling the form. Fill in every blank carefully and provide the correct details. Your application will not be accepted for incorrect data.
Upload your passport size picture maximum of 2MB in JPEG, JPG & PNG format. If you don’t have JPEG/PNG format picture then convert it to the required format and required size first. You should not upload the picture of your artwork as date for artwork submission will be announced later.
You have to fill in the entire mandatory (*) fields.
Please provide the correct mobile number and email. Candidates will be contacted through Mobile Number/E-mail.
Provide the Home Address/Postal Address carefully & correctly as future correspondence will be made through the given address.
Interested Candidates are required to Deposit Online Challan Fee amounting to Rs. 730 /- for Individual Application Submission & Rs. 930 /- for Group Application Submission. The payment can only be made online through e-banking channels like EasyPaisa, JazzCash & ATM Transfer, etc. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
Pay the processing fee online through e-banking channels such as ATM, Easypaisa/JazzCash, Mobile & Internet Banking, etc., by selecting Account number or IBAN number. Provide the Transaction Identity/TID and other details to complete the form. Keep the TID record for further processing.
Read the filled form carefully and then submit your application.
If selected, you will be asked for documentation to support the data you provide. Likewise, all correspondence and award agreements will be generated from the submitted application form.
